The TLDR
After being made redundant at your old job as a Lab Technician, you've found an opportunity you cannot refuse! You have successfully secured a new job at a school! But there's something strange... this school isn't government-run! What could this mean? It's time to find out, and make some new (and old) acquaintances.
The Premise
You have just gotten a new job at an institute of higher learning with a brand new curriculum, ways of teaching, and methods of discipline. You are now the "Enforcer". The Enforcer is the only person on staff who can punish the students with all restrictions off. Corporal punishment has been re-established, and at your own discretion you can reward or punish the students physically or sexually, based on their behaviour and grades as outlined by the PARE (Punishment and Reward Exchange) program put in place by The Institute's mysterious benefactors.

That new Teacher is far less complex than Stormside in terms of paths and things, so it's not planned right now, no. If it does get more complex, sure I'll add a built in walkthrough, but it's not a priority :)

I feel so dirty, I need a shower after playing this - and I love it. The MC is about the total opposite of myself irl. What he is making me do... but I can't look away, like the proverbial train wreck. All the characters are amazing. I am kind of already feeling ashamed of what I might be doing to them in the future. I cannot thank you enough for the audio during the explicit scenes. So many AVNs are silent, except for some bgm. Even simple audio makes the scenes so much better, it is a shame it is so often neglected. Anyway, eagerly awaiting the next update. In the mean time, I might have to think about going to confession...
I need more games that are like or on the level of The Headmaster.
I loved the theme and the bullshit that gets passed as legitimate logic. Classic.
The male Dom storylines, I love them and identify with them (sorry ladies), but the different vehicles of control for both of them (collars that prevent orgasm but heighten arousal/work underneath me and get what you want).
Eager to see them both progress towards completion (maybe a pun was intended there, idk yet.)
But please, keep up the good work and if anyone knows of solid recs, please swing them my way.

I play AVNs, rate and comment on them, and add them to my public collections, if anyone wants to see my opinion. I don't want anyone to hate on authors, even me. With that said, I know I am human, and therefore can be crass in my comments, but no matter if I hate the game, I don't hate the author. I sincerely respect authors who allows critical, and sometimes even harsh, comments to stay on their page. I try to write my reviews and comments without any major spoilers,, but be warned, there might be some. Alright, enough self-promotion and emotional blackmail.
This review is written while playing this game for the first time.
!!NB!! There may be spoilers ahead !!NB!!
My first question, is what the background music is when meeting the principal, Mrs Jackson? I have heard it before, but can't remember where or when. And for some reason I feel like there should be the words "Now it's time for business, now it's time for work, now it's time for business, now it's time for work, now..."" attached to that music.
A little overwhelming with so many characters introduced in such a short time, but at the same time, it fits the story and mood of starting a teaching job.
So far, the girls have seemed interested without being psychopaths, which too many AVNs do. We are introduced to a character that is meant to be a psychopath, but even that one is a cute version of "don't stick your D in Crazy".
The scene to inform the player of how to gain with the women, is a different take on the fourth-wall-breaking-sidekick/persona-of-the-author, while not breaking the fourth wall, keeping it within the game's storyline. (Those sidekicks and interludes can be hilarious, but aren't needed, nor wanted in all games)
When MC is in the shower, I feel like I'm in a sci-fi game; the MC is submerged in a futuristic, blue liquid, and the showerhead is some energy-disperser, making the blue liquid agitate around MC. While I seriously doubt that's what the author was aiming for, I think it is nice, and for some reason even fits the game and mood it sets.
The MC has so far (Saturday) shown himself to be as insecure as you expect of someone starting in a new job, while not being insecure of himself.
I recommend this game for those who want a good game with an enticing storyline, good artwork and character graphics, and has a dominant streak
10/10 for a first playthrough, really enjoyed it looking forward to day 5 :D

for some reason I can’t download stuff on itch if it is more than 400mb, it says it is forbidden unless it is an external link where it completes the download perfectly. It’s probably my device’s fault so that’s why I am asking for an external link.
I understand if this isn’t possible and will play in the future when I have a new device to do this.
Is there a specific name for the school when we meet with the representative for Sinergy, or do we just make one up ourselves?
There is a default "That New College" But you can name it whatever you want, this is why it's an input :)

I like to play these types of games and pick the options that most fit my personality, naturally has more of real feel.
With Sadie now, I got kicked out for picking Hawaiian pizza 😅😅 made me laugh but sarcastically cry "because no one likes pineapple on pizza 😭".
I love pineapple on pizza which I understand is alot like marmite you either like or you don't
This made me laugh hard. I naturally had to skip back and chose my own second choice meat feast 😁 . But I genuinely enjoyed this segment and ofcourse the rest of the game.

Fantastic, funny game so far! Similar humor to Stormside, which is right up my alley. I appreciate giving the option to not always be a creeper in situations, some games don't do that. Looking forward to a non-drunk chance with Georgia in the future!
Side note, I got a lot of laughs out of asking the MC age at the beginning. Putting it as an absurdly high number is just really funny to me.

Just asking this out of curiosity but how many days do you have planned for the game? And will this have any sequels or anything like that?
Hey! The simple answer is that I don't exactly know. Like many devs, I do have a plan for the game itself, but the finer details such as exactly what happens on each in game day aren't planned ahead of time, so I don't know exactly how many days are going to take place. I also don't currently have plans for a sequel. I have thought about what comes next after TNT, but not in depth, as I prefer to focus my attention on this one. I expect this will remain the case until quite late in development.

Any chance you will be able to tighten up your file size? I love your game, but only just managed to get it to work on my aging android device. At the current rate, future apk files are going to be too large for me to run.
Sure. I can look into compressing the APKs. Since with a screen as small as a phone, the images probably don't need to be as sharp as they are, for the same quality!

Sounds good. For the record, using a 7 inch android tablet...
Phones these days tend to be at least full HD (1080x1920) or more, and tablets often reach quad or higher. They are also used at point blank range (20-50cm), so the effective size and visible details are no less than on PC or TV, quite the opposite.
What many phones (even new ones) don't have is the processing power to fluidly play heavily compressed animations, because a lot of models skimp on the GPU and the CPU is too busy with rendering the video and running renpy to also decompress the files.
So, I'd recommend to be very careful with compression in the android version.

I think what I like most is that even if you don't do something the scene is still unlocked, but just incase that doesn't happen you're prompted at the end. Wish more games did that so you don't have to start a new save or load an older save just to fill out the gallery for whatever reason one may have
